Description
Prior to 1884, the mill was characterized by a modest sandstone building, which has since been restored and used as summer holiday lodgings; the mill is situated at the confluence of the Rio del Borgo, tributary of the Lognola stream. The mill ceased operating in 1955; the room containing the grindstones and the catinaia (space containing the mill wheels) have been preserved.
