Description

The niche is fashioned directly in the sandstone housing a Second World War shelter, at the entrance of Rio Fontanello.

It is a Tuscan-style ceramic plaque with a Madonna and Child on a blue background, set in a white frame with a pointed arch and shelf-like moulding on a shaped base with a double moulding.
