Description
Heading south from Monghidoro, take the road on the left and follow it for about two kilometres. On the left you will see a small dirt road with a sign for Ronchile'; follow it down the hill until reaching the house.
The fountain is on the left.
Stone fountain with an attached cement basin; the spring water is tapped further upstream.
The water is calcic-bicarbonate, with a low mineral content, and thus promotes diuresis and the elimination of uric acid.
The flow rate varies with the seasons, from 7 to 16 litres per minute.
Next to the house, a branch conduit feeds a small exposed brick fountain with an effigy of Saint Anthony the Abbot.
