Description
Built before 1681, the mill, as can be seen from a map by Tommaso Cassani, was part of a complex made up of various building units, recently restored.
A cellar was built in the mill room, next to which there was a fireplace for waiting customers.
The long mill race which drew water from the right side of the Savena River, has since been converted into recreational fishing ponds, whilst the tank was filled in and turned into a garden, where the millstones now serve as table tops.
