Description

This building, too, is no longer accessible, as has been frequently the case in recent times.

"The oldest records date back to 1472. Up to now (1970s) it has been greatly modified, and two 15th-century terracotta windows have remained, along with a stone-framed entrance" (source: Carta dei Beni Culturali e Naturali della Provincia di Bologna - "Map of Cultural and Natural Heritage of the Province of Bologna" - Edizioni Alfa, Bologna, 1977).

The terracotta window frames differ in terms of their arches: one is slightly pointed, and the other is round.

The door has a pointed arch and is surmounted by a niche, which was empty at the time of the survey.
A vertical joint divides the front in two parts; this is indicative of an extension made to the original building and if this assumption is correct, the roof must also have been redone.
