Description
From Monghidoro, continue along the Futa road (S.P. 65) in the direction of Florence and turn right onto the road leading to Castel dell'Alpi; pass through the village of Piamaggio and the crossroads for Ca' di Bruscandoli - Ca' di Guglielmo.
After about two kilometres you will arrive at a bridge over a river called Rio della Pozza; rather than crossing it, take a path on the right which leads into the woods. After about 300 metres you will reach the spring.
The water flowing from the spring is a bicarbonate, slightly sulphurous water with a low mineral and low sodium content, suitable for promoting diuresis and the mobilization of uric acid.
The flow rate varies from 3 to 8 litres per minute.
